Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are not accepted for opened or used consumable products.
  • Unopened and unused items may only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Return Window

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Returns outside this window cannot be accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

When Returns Are Accepted

  • We may request photos to verify any issue.
  • Approved refunds or replacements will be provided at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

  • Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
  • Return shipping is available for Australian orders only.

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fees apply. The only potential cost to customers is return postage for non-defective items (though such returns are not currently accepted).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
